Earlier this month, HoYoverse revealed details for the next major Genshin Impact (Free) version 3.4 ‘The Exquisite Night Chimes’. This update releases on Wednesday, January 18th for iOS, Android, PC, PS5, and PS4 worldwide bringing in new characters, a new area, popular character reruns, free-to-claim rewards, and a lot more. Today, pre-installation has gone live on iOS, Android, and PC platforms. As usual, pre-installation is not available on PlayStation platforms. If you’ve not kept up with 3.4, seasonal events like a music festival and new year’s celebration performance arrive in the update as well with the Desert of Hadramaveth new area, new five-star Dendro swordsman Alhaitham and four-star Dendro polearm user Yaoyao, a limited-time mode for the TCG, free-to-claim rewards, and new outfits are also going to be included through the update.
