A shakeup at the top of the girls AA poll highlights this week’s South Dakota Media High School Basketball Polls, released Monday.
Sioux Falls Washington moved to the number-one spot after previously top-ranked Sioux Falls Jefferson lost to O’Gorman.
All other number-one teams remained the same as last week.
Among Central South Dakota teams, Pierre’s girls remain third in the AA poll. In Class A, Winner’s boys stay 4th. Lower Brule, White River and Faith again comprise the third through fifth teams in Class B boys. Sully Buttes is tied for third in the Class B girls poll.
This week’s girls polls are the final ones of the 2022-23 season. The final boys’ polls of the season will be released next week.
